Sibylla Stephansen – Administration and Para Planner
Sib is an integral part of the Planning Insights team, providing essential administrative support and working alongside our consultants as a technical para planner. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Sib ensures that the day-to-day operations run smoothly while also assisting with planning documentation and project management tasks. Sib’s ability to effectively manage resources, client communication, and planning workflows makes her an invaluable member of the team.
Zack Soper – Town Planner
Zack is the newest member of the Planning Insights team, further developing his skills across a range of development assessment and statutory planning projects. He supports planning work throughout Queensland with experience in Material Change of Use and Subdivision Applications. Zack enjoys actively working with clients and consultants while providing practical support and a strong work ethic to deliver efficient, well-informed outcomes for Planning Insights’ clients.
